The Fort Smith Dog Park is dedicated to dogs and dog lovers. Like most dog parks, our purpose is to provide off-leash exercise and socialization opportunities for our four legged companions while promoting responsible dog ownership through events and programs. The temporary park was established through the efforts of the City of Fort Smith Parks & Recreation Department and the Fort Smith Airport Commission. From Hwy 67/167 South in Jacksonville, take the Main Street Exit, turn right, then left on Municipal Drive. You’ll pass city hall and the community center on the left, and at the end of Municipal, you’ll cross train tracks and come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Redmond Road, and the entrance to Dupree Park is ahead on the left. Once you enter the park, wind down through the baseball fields until you see Dupree Lake, and the dog park is alongside the lake on the left. Park and enter at the back edge of the area. |

Paws Park is Little Rock’s first fenced off-leash park for dogs and it includes 2 acres for large dogs and half an acre for small dogs. Rest rooms are located in the nearby playground area. Be sure to check out their rules before you go! Located at Rebsamen Road. Follow Rebsamen past the golf course to Murray Park. Paws Park is on the right. |

This little dog park is located on Hyman in Maumelle. The dog park is at the end on Hyman Dr. It's a nice fenced park with lots of trees. It's quite small but still fun. |

Burns Park actually has enclosed areas for dogs to play. Water and bags provided. Limit 2 dogs per person. Dogs should have vaccination tags. Burns Park is on Tournament Drive and the park is on the right of it. |
